Hello! I have 24 month of Amazon Prime subscription included into my contract. I activated it via the box, but on the next day I received email that subscription was cancelled. I reactivated it, but on the next day it was cancelled again. Could you please help me with that?

To enable us to check the status of your subscription, please send us your customer details (VAT number and account number) by private message.
