After several days of trying and several phone calls, I still cannot get help from a Technical Assistant who speaks English.  My account has not been synchronised and I am having problems.  How do I get through to a Technical person who speaks english?

We are fully available to help you through here. Please send us a private message here in the Vodafone Forum with your account number, or associated NIF, and with the details of the issue you're having.
