I ordered digital esim yesterday, I just received the invoice, by searching the confirmation number it says I already received it but actually I didn't receive anything

Please check your spam folder and other email folders.

 

If you haven't received it, please send us a private message with your Vodafone account number or the account holder's tax identification number (NIF).

 

To send a private message, simply go to the profile of one of our moderators (you can click on my name) and select the option "Send a private message". Moderators are identified as "Username_Vodafone".
