2FA with a swiss phone number

Hello,

I'm currently living in Switzerland (and mostly always lived here) but I do have a portuguese house in which we pay for an internet and TV subscription. After the addition of mandatory 2FA, I've been unable to connect to my account to pay the monthly fee as my phone number is obviously swiss. After trying every solution to get a contact (all resulting in either needing a portuguese phone number, a NIF, or calling a portuguese number...), this seems like the only place I can get any contact with Vodafone...

What can I do with a swiss number to get that 2FA to work ?

If you do not wish to activate two-factor authentication, you can click on the “Definir mais tarde” button and your My Vodafone session will begin.

 

If the difficulty persists, please send us a private message with your customer details, your My Vodafone e-mail and a screenshot of the error found when trying to login.

 

To send a private message, click on one of the moderators (these are the users identified with "Vodafone_name") and choose "Enviar uma mensagem privada".
