Good evening! I am Vodafone's Fibra user 314274387. Recently, my router has been unable to connect to the Internet. When this problem occurred in the past, it was solved by restarting the router, but recently restarting the router also failed to solve the problem. The Internet light is always off.
I tried calling 911691300 for technical help but it always didn't work and I don't speak Portuguese so I wanted to ask for help here.
