Still without fixed network

It is now more than 4 weeks since we lost fixed home telephone, internet, and television. The only communication is that it is being worked on. While it is good to be legally protected and not to pay while this is happening, I would much rather have my service back. Using a Hotspot leaves me with only minimal service. The time this is taking to fix is ridiculous.

Our technical teams are currently out in the field working round the clock to restore services as quickly as possible, following the effects of Storm Kristin, which caused damage to our mobile and fixed-line network infrastructure and service disruptions, particularly in the Central region. We are addressing this disruption as quickly as possible, bearing in mind the urgency of the situation; however, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe.
