Downgrade Netflix plan is declined by Vodafone

Hello,

About 2 months ago I activated the Netflix premium plan by mistake on my TV box. I tried to cancel it right away but it was mentioned that it is scheduled and it will be cancelled at the end of billing period. So, I waited one month to this happens but it didn't. I tried again same message so I waited again for another month but still my Netflix is premium plan.

I want to downgrade it back to basic plan that is included in my contract. I tried to do it through Netflix website directly. First I receive an email from Netflix that says it is successfully changed but right after that I receive another email that says it is reverted back to premium plan because Vodafone has declined this change.

I went to Vodafone store to ask them to change this they tried and the same thing happened. But they told me that Vodafone does not have any disagreement to change my plan so I should talk with Netflix. I contacted Netflix they tried to change it the same thing happened and they told me that I should talk with Vodafone because the payment is through them and it is Vodafone that is declining the change.

So, now I'm in a ping pong situation between Vodafone and Netflix. Please help me to change the premium plan to basic plan.
