Regarding contract cancellation

I have requested a contract cancellation several times but haven't received any response and my bill just kept increasing and I have already returned from portugal in January and still I was being charged. And that's not all my contract says 10 euros per month and still I was being charged 40 euros per month and I have proof of my contract for this.
