Hello,
From day 1 when the connection was set up at my home, I am having connection problems. At times, the WiFi internet stops working completely and I have to switch to (mobile network + hostspot) to work.
This problem occurs in both my and my wife's laptop. So this is not a Laptop modem issue. Even the WiFi internet stops working in our mobile devices.
We both work from home and an unstable internet connection impacts our work. I cannot count the number of times we were out internet in the middle of our work meetings.
Please address this issue at the earliest.
