@Prag_Vodafone I bought a YornXL card 4 weeks ago, and the employee in the shop told me I could change tariffs, with the first swap being free. However, when I try to change my tariff in the app, it wants to charge me €6. The card was activated with YornXL; why am I being charged for my first tariff change? I wanted to change to YornX 5GB and had enough balance for this plan. Instead, I am unable to change my plan and lost €1 because my balance was short by 40 cents!

Changes are free every 30 days, and the number must be activated and with balance for the new tariff week's debit. Tell us by private message so we can check.
