I want to ask a question, please!
If I have an eSIM that was activated through My Vodafone app and I still have the received email that contains the eSIM QR code.
But, my device was damaged or stolen and as a result, I cannot receive any new SMS and cannot delete my current eSIM profile from my damaged or stolen device
In that case (I cannot receive a new SMS and cannot delete the current eSIM profile), can I still use the QR Code on a new device?
