Unable to Activate eSIM

Hi there,

I’m visiting Portugal from Canada and purchased an eSIM. I arrived today and have tried activating it many times but always get a message saying “ Unable to
Activate eSIM
You can try again, or contact your carrier for assistance.”.

I’m not sure what to do now?
