Cancelling contract within 14 days

Hello,
We have been Vodafone clients for 16 months, having TV Net Voz + Movel Familia. We recently moved to a new home and were told to start a new contract. We thought this new one will be only for the remaining months of fidelizacoe (to finish our original 24 months) but we have a completely new one for another 24 months.
Since we don't use half the services (no TV, no Voz), we would like to cancel it since it's still within 14 days of starting the new one? How could we do this?

We're sorry to hear about the incorrect information you received. In situations of moving house, the contract is always renewed for a full new contract with 24 months.
Allow us to verify the situation, please, by sending your costumer data through private message. To do this, we ask that you contact one of the moderators via private message with your Vodafone account number or associated NIF.
To send a private message, simply access the profile of one of the moderators (you can click on my name) and click on "Send a message" (right side for red-black). Moderators are identified by "Username_Vodafone".
