Good afternoon. I had a contract for mobile, TV and fiber. I moved to another city and needed to cancel the TV and fiber since they are not available. We asked to cancel the mobiles to change to a monthly payment instead of a contract. (the contract ended in June 2025). A store in Lisbon contacted my wife and made a new contract without our approval. We never agreed to a new contract and want to go to monthly to cancel some lines.

I contacted customer service and a store. They all said I would receive calls and emails to cancel the contract as there is no proof of acceptance. Today they told me again to wait another week. This is a scam. How can I deal with this before contacting the consumer rights group and the complaints book?
