I bought an eSim and received an order confirmation with an eSIM number saying that after that, I would receive an email with the QR code to install my sim. It never arrived.
After posting on a similar thread where the issue was fixed by Vodafone by refunding the amount to the person that had the problem, I thought that it was pretty common system error and I would get my refund soon. I was very wrong. One of the moderators told me after a few messages that they were very sorry THEY CANNOT GIVE A REFUND.
Color me impressed that something that has happened before to other people was solved with a refund is not the solution for my case. Apparently I'll just have to donate €35 because they cannot sent an email.
This has been going for 20 days now and they have me on hold asking to be patient but I consider this a waste of my time and I just need my money back. I already had to go and get a SIM from a physical store. Will anyone help me?
Note: Ironically the freaking eSIM that they gave me did not work outside of Portugal because they gave me a Modem/Hotspot SIM that I didn't ask for. That is besides the point but this company has just been trolling me since I set foot in Portugal.
