We just moved to Lisbon and chose vodafone with 2 sim cards, tv and internet.
It took 10 days for vodafone to install everything because of an error in the black fiber box.
Yesterday, everything was ok and all set up after 5 hours of normal connection, suddenly it broke down and I have no connection since then (24 hours)
The phone line is all in Portuguese, tried to send an e-mail but nothing happens.
I decided to go to a Vodafone store, the staff there said he wrote an e-mail and someone will contact me and I should wait at home.
After 10 hours at home no one is calling, is it some kind of joke from Vodafone?
I am working from home and I need connection asap.
