The TV Box equipment can only be used within the Vodafone network (it must be connected to a router with access to Vodafone Fibre).
Alternatively, we have the Vodafone TV App which can be used on tablets, smartphones and PCs. This service is available to all Vodafone Tv Net Voz with Box customers. To start using it, all you have to do is be a Vodafone Tv Net Voz customer whose fixed service is in the same portfolio as your mobile account and log in with your My Vodafone account details (mobile phone number or email address).
Access to the app is free and only available in Portugal and when roaming in countries in the European Economic Area.
