Cannot log in to my account

Hello,

I am currently in South America and I did not pay for Vodafone this week. I am trying to log into My Vodafone app to pay for it but I don't have any service. As I don't have service, I am not receiving any text from Vodafone. In order for me to have service I need to pay but I cannot connect. I am stuck in an endless loop. 

Anyone can help?

So that we can check the situation in our system, please send us a private message with your customer details (Vodafone account or service number or the account holder's tax identification number).
