After canceling Amazon Prime and HBO Max services through TV Box, it is normal not to receive confirmation by email. The “Processing” status indicates that the request is being finalized. Once completed, it will no longer appear as active. For any further clarification,
please send a message by clicking on my profile and selecting “Send a private message” with your tax ID or Vodafone account number.
