No confirmation of cancelation Amazon prime and HBO Max

I cancelled both Amazon Prime and HBO Max through the Vodafone TV Box. I have not received any email confirming cancellation, in the TV box it confirms HBO cancelled and Amazon Prime is "Processamento".

Is there any email or other confirmation I receive that subscriptions have been cancelled?

Hello @retipue,
After canceling Amazon Prime and HBO Max services through TV Box, it is normal not to receive confirmation by email. The “Processing” status indicates that the request is being finalized. Once completed, it will no longer appear as active. For any further clarification, 
please send a message by clicking on my profile and selecting “Send a private message” with your tax ID or Vodafone account number.
