Ligação falhou - vodafone ON - B310s-22

Boa tarde,
I am trying to connect a Huawei B310s-22 router with my Vodafone ON plan (the sim card is working fine with my smartphone for 1 year), the router is detecting Vodafone 4G/3G but can't get access :
Ligação falhou pois as definiçôes de marcação estão incorrectas. Contacte a seu fornecedor...

Technical support told me to put the sim card in the smartphone and access : http://myweb.vodafone.pt
Then put the sim card in the router and try again, but the error remains the same.
