Hello
I ma locked out of my account, forgot to top up for some time and can't get back in. I am not getting text messages and there not able to log in. Have tried submitting a payment via the site but it hangs so I am thinking the account is locked.
I would appreciate any help.

Please be advised that if top-ups are not carried out in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan, your account may be suspended and subsequently deactivated.

 

So that we can check the status of your account, please send us your tax identification number or account number via private message.

 

To send a private message, simply go to one of the moderators’ profiles (you can click on my name) and click on “Send a message” (on the right-hand side in red). Moderators are identified by “Username_Vodafone”.
