Can I go to store and change subscription?

My current subscription is ending in May 2025 ( Vodafone installed Pacote fibra3 Play on 17 may 2023 in my house).

I no longer use TV channels, so I need to return the "VBoxPro 4K device"

Now I want to sign 24 months to "fibra2 Play"  1 Gbps/1 Gbps fiber +1 número 50 GB + 24 month Amazon Prime

Can I go to a Vodafone store bring with me the "VBoxPro 4K device", and the seller automatically changes my subscription to Fibra2 Play?

I can use my old phone number (The simcard number atm is Lycamobile refill)?

We advise against handing over the box, as the activation and cancellation of streaming channel offers is done through this equipment.  

If you want to contact us by mobile phone, but your service is not Vodafone, you can call us on 911 691 200 (charge for Vodafone mobile network, depending on your tariff).

 

If you want to change your Home service in the shop, you can do so. You can find your nearest Vodafone shop here. If you would like to be contacted by us, please send us a private message with your Vodafone account number or the NIF associated with your service.

 

You can send a private message by accessing the profile of one of our moderators (you can click on my name), choosing the option ‘Send a private message’ (right-hand side in red). Our moderators are identified by ‘Username_Vodafone’.

So If I want to change my "fibra3" to "fibra2" package is not possible for me to take the "VBoxPro 4K device" to a Vodafone store to complete the change?

Yes, you can take your TV Box to the store and ask for the change of the subscription when your current contract ends.
