I have been sent a new SIM in the post as my last one stopped working.
I am unable to activate it. I have tried phoning 800910048 but it didn't work.
Please advise.

In order for us to analyze the activation status of your service, we ask that you indicate to us, by private message:
- Phone number
- Full name of the holder
- Full address (with postal code)
To send a private message, click on one of the moderators (they are the users identified with "name_Vodafone") and choose "Send a private message".
