New client with eSIM - cannot activate and do not have a number

Hi / 

linked the eSIM to my phone but cannot find a way in the online portal not app, to book and link / book a service, in order to receive a number. 

 

kindly advise.

To activate your eSIM card, please follow the steps on our website.


If you still have problems, please send us a private message with your eSIM card number.

I also do not how to activate the esim for new vodafone number to add to my tv net voz plan. other moderator send a message to me that i need to get a physical sim first and the ask vodafone to assign that physical number to esim, Should i get the physical sim first and then call vodaone to assign the physical sim to esim. Is this a way or i can get a new number by calling vodafone with esim card number. Please clarify.

Thank you for your question.
First of all, lets start by clarifying that an Esim card will not work by it self until you connect it to a mobile phone number.
So, If you want to insert a new mobile number to your tv net voz plan, we can forward your request. And after you get the new number/sim card,  you can ask to connect it to an Esim. 
So that we can forward your request, can you send us your Client number by private message??
