Sent Contact with wrong details and wrong cost

We have been with Vodafone for fixed broadband for years 300mbps download. We were out of contact and signed up again in a Store in lagos to lower our bills. €31.40 a month down to €27. It all went well.

We have now been sent a contract for 500pbs download for €43 a month. I am no longer in Lagos and can't return to the store. I cannot reach anyone to fix this as I don't have a portuguese mobile number. Can some moderator on this forum help me please? Obriagada Clodagh
