I failed 3 times with my Pin Code so the phone is blocked.
I need to access the Puk Code on the App or websyte.
I am trying to open my session on Vodaphone App, but they send me a confirmation code on my phone which is disconnected...
How can I access my account without using the sms send?

Hello @philk,
You can check your PIN and PUK codes:
- My Vodafone - My number » Manage my number » Additional information.
- TOBi Chat — simply enter your mobile number and type "Find out PIN and PUK".
- You can also call 911 691 200, select option 2 (Other matters) and say "PIN or PUK" when prompted.
