6 days ago... 35 Euros and nothing to show for it. No response from support and having to spend money on shitty lyca network just to be able to have some connection... Shameful service! How is it possible?

Asked for help to get my eSIM and data, offered a refund instead, so I can wait another week for nothing? Maybe they don't want customers? Only way to get them to even respond seems to be through putting their issues for other customers to see. No disrespect towards representative. Just the company at large..
