Wrong phone number for SMS confirmation codes

Hello,

I am trying to add my TV+Voz+Net+Movil account to MyVodafone but it keeps sending SMS codes to a wrong phone number.  The help email fails to send. TOBI thinks I want to change my actual phone number. I don't understand enough Portuguese to use the phone service. How can I fix this?

Can you enter your Vodafone Customer details in a private message, please?

To send a private message, simply go to the profile of one of the moderators (you can click on my name) and click on “Send a private message” (right-hand side in red). The moderators are identified by “Username_Vodafone”.
