Did not receive QR code for eSIM

Like many others on here, I purchased the Portugal and Europe eSIM last night in preparation for my trip to Portugal today, but I did not receive the QR code or activation information. I did receive a confirmation email and have paid for this, but am unable to use it. Based on other messages here, it appears to take days to weeks to resolve this. I arrive in Portugal later today and will purchase an eSIM in person. I would like a refund for this please.
