Cancellation Didn't Happen and Now I Can't Contact Anyone at Vodafone

Hello There, 

I lived in Portugal for 4 years, and during this time, I was a happy Vodafone customer. 

Before moving out of the country, I asked for the cancellation of my plan via form on their website, which hasn't yet occurred. I now live on another continent, and I can't reach anyone at Vodafone to ask about my cancellation because they need to send an SMS to the number I no longer have access to.

I would like to reach out to someone who can help me solve this problem. I am the owner of the account, and I have all the documents to prove it. I just don't have access to the number anymore. Can anyone give me some light on what to do?
