did not get my esim Qr code

Hello,

 

I'm Ben from Canada and will be visiting the Azores islands at the end of the month.I purchased an esim card 2 weeks ago and did not receive my Qr code and instruction to install the esim. i did receive my email confirmation and my invoice (#****************)

Can you Help me?
