eSIM activation

If I purchase a 30 travel eSIM now, when does the 30 day period begin? Does it begin on the day of purchase or does it begin on the activation date? Is the eSIM automatically activated on the date of purchase? I will not arrive in Portugal until October 1, 2024 and I want the 30 day period to begin on that date.

You can buy it whenever you want, install the eSIM on your phone and, when you're ready to use it, simply activate it. The 30-day period of use will start counting from the first event.

Maria, I purchased the 30 day travel eSIM. The email instructions I received say go to “settings>mobile data>add mobile plan”. My iPhone has no such option. I have the following option…..”settings >cellular>add eSIM”. Should I use the option to “add eSIM”? Please help. Thank you.

Yes, we inform you that to add the eSIM on IOS devices you must follow these steps: Go to Phone Settings > Mobile Network > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Open Photos.

I received an email that my eSIM phone number is *********. Is there a country code that must be used if someone from the United States (or anywhere else) wants to call me? Thank you.
