Hello, I bought the 15 day unlimited internet esim. Payment confirmation came on email, but there is nothing for the next step. I checked spam and every other folder, it has not been sent. Please help, i have flight in 7 hours and will need to have esim when i arrive.

We're sorry you haven't received the e-mail with your eSIM.
So that we can check the status of your order, please send us a private message with the order number and the number beginning with 91 that appears in the payment confirmation e-mail.
To send a private message, click on one of the moderators (these are the users identified with ‘name_Vodafone’) and choose ‘Send a private message’.
