SIM CARD PROBLEM

I AM TEACHING ONLINE AND USING A LOT OF BANDWIDTH SO I HAVE BEEN USING THE 200GB 15 DAY SIM CARDS.

OFTEN MY PLAN DROPS ME TO 3G WHITHIN THE 15 DAY PERIOD IF USE THE BANDWIDTH.

I WAS HALF WAY THROUGH A CLASS AT MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY MY SIM DROPPED ME TO 3G SO WHATSAPP AND ZOOM DONT WORK.

I KEEP A COUPLE OF SPARE SIM CARDS FOR THIS, I INSERTED ONE OF MY NEW SIMS INTO THE PHONE AND GOT 'INVALID SIM' I TOOK IT OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT SAME ERROR, I TRIED THE OLD CARD AND THAT WAS STILL SHOWING 3G.

I DECIDED TO OPEN ANOTHER SIM AND TRY THAT WHICH WORKED AND GAVE ME 4G NETWORK SO I COULD CONTINUE THE CLASS.

I WENT TO VODAFONE TAVIRA AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, SHE CHECKED THE SIM AND FOUND NO PROBLEM BUT IT HAD BEEN ACTIVATED WHEN I HAD GOT THE ERROR. I EXPLAINED SO NOW I HAVE 2 CARDS VALID FOR THE SAME PERIOD CAN YOU CANCEL AND REPLACE THE SIM I HAD PROBLEMS WITH, HER ANSWER "IT IS WORKING"

HOW DO I ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM WITH VODAFONE HAVING ONLY A DATA CARD ? HOW DO WE CONTACT SOMEONE WHO CAN SEE THE GENUINE MISTAKE, I HAVE ALL THE SIMS IT IS SO CLEAR.

HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE A DECISION ON THE BY EMAIL ?

So that we can analyze the activation status of the cards, we ask that you indicate us, by private message:

 

- Phone number associated with the SIM cards and its original PIN
- Full name and address of holder

 

To send a private message, click on one of the moderators (they are users identified with "name_Vodafone") and choose "Send a private message".

I can not see any of the vodafone moderators, how do I send them a message ?

 

The sim card that went onto 3G was *****.

The 2 new cards were **** and ****, the first of the new cards is the one that I had the proble and the 2nd is the one that I had to use.

**** is the card I want cancelling and relacing .

To send a private message, just access the profile of one of the moderators (you can click on my name) and click on "Send a private message" (right side in red). Moderators are identified by "Username_Vodafone.".
