Hello, I would like to permanently deactivate my esim contract, associated with the number +351 *********. I have tried doing this with email correspondence, but they say my email address is not validated, and I cannot do it with chat bot (I have tried calling 16912, but I can't speak Portuguese and noone answers). Can you help me terminate the contract?

Thank you for confirming the validation code.
We've checked that the number 912454173 has a pre-paid tariff, so it doesn't have an associated contract. If you want to deactivate the number, all you have to do is stop topping it up.

We have edited your post to hide the number to protect your privacy.
You can request the PIN/PUK through the TOBi chat service, simply enter your mobile number and write "Know PIN and PUK".
In addition to the chat, you can call the line 911 691 200 and select key 2 "Other matters". When asked "Please briefly state the reason for the call", simply say "PIN or PUK" and follow the instructions.
So that we can help you with the deactivation of the eSIM, please provide us with your Vodafone customer details by private message.
You can send a private message by accessing the profile of one of our moderators (you can click on my name) and choosing the option "Send a private message" (on the right side in red). Our moderators are identified by “Username_Vodafone”.
