Deactivating esim

Hello, I would like to permanently deactivate my esim contract, associated with the number +351 912 454 173. I have tried doing this with email correspondence, but they say my email address is not validated, and I cannot do it with chat bot (I have tried calling 16912, but I can't speak Portuguese and noone answers). Can you help me terminate the contract?

We've checked that the number 912454173 has a pre-paid tariff, so it doesn't have an associated contract. If you want to deactivate the number, all you have to do is stop topping it up.
